Review and Update Dropped Objects Training Package

Issue:

The client required an urgent update to their major hazard training package for Dropped Objects which needed to meet:

• Company standards and procedures;
• Company major hazard requirements; and
• Updated legislation

Scope of Work:

SSI was approached by a major nickel producer to conduct a major review and update to the client’s Dropped Objects training package.

Summary of what SSI Provided:

Client supplied information (i.e. standards, procedures and obligations), and SSI subject matter expert (SME) knowledge was utilised to review and update the online training package.

SSI was required to make updates in an online training platform utilised by the client and circulate for review of updates.

The client had a very tight deadline for the training package to be approved and available for use

Results:

• Scope of work was accurately specified.
• Project was completed on time and under budget.
