Providing expert advice and support to help clients address contractual requirements

Issue:

A client in the oil and gas industry was tendering for a contract and was given the contract on the condition they met several final requirements. The client attempted to meet these requirements inhouse but recognised they would benefit from seeking expert advice to meet the expectations.

Scope of Work:

The client contacted SSI to update company procedures and to identify further requirements to be implemented to ensure compliance and on-going continuous improvement.

Summary of what SSI Provided:

SSI updated company procedures to meet contract terms and assisted in developing bridging documents as part of an implementation plan for commencement of the contract. All were accepted and the contract was commenced by the client.
