SSI has designed and implemented changes to the way we work to introduce efficiencies, technology and increases in quality in the following areas:
- Streamlining client document deliverable storage and reporting processes
- Developing and using our shell document creator – this quickly generates 100’s of documents all formatted and named consistently (and to our clients’ document management system protocols) which dramatically cuts down document development time and ensures quality and consistency is foremost
- Enhancing our Preventative Maintenance Checklist generator – this allows one document to manage all the data for plant and equipment PMs
- Plant labelling with RFiDs for later incorporation into a fully integrated electronic PTW system
- Utilisation of IsoBuilderTM software for managing/digitising P&IDs and then designing and storing isolation schedules/lists
